We're IT engineers first and a shop second. When something goes wrong we'd rather have it back on the bench and repaired properly than shuffle paperwork.

Every machine we sell carries a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. Custom-built PCs are covered for three years. The warranty covers hardware faults that arise in normal use — a drive that fails, a fan that packs up, memory that develops an error, a graphics card that dies.
Cover includes parts and labour, and it's handled here rather than being posted off to a third party. Because we assembled and tested the machine in the first place, we usually know where to look.
None of the above means we won't help. Where a fault falls outside warranty we'll diagnose it and quote you for a repair — usually a good deal cheaper than replacing the machine.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — it doesn't replace or reduce them. If goods are faulty you have a short-term right to reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and further rights to repair, replacement or a refund after that. Our repair-first approach is how we prefer to work, not a limit on what you're entitled to. Full detail is on our returns page.
