Refunds:
- We can only offer a refund if the laptop is returned to us within 60 days from the original date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund, the laptop must be returned in the exact same condition as it was sent to you, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Laptops showing signs of damage not present upon dispatch, significant wear and tear, or modification may not be eligible for a full refund.
Repair or Replace Policy (Warranty):
- Beyond the 60-day refund period, your custom-built IT Monster laptop is covered by our comprehensive repair or replace warranty for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- In the event of a covered issue within this 1-year period, we will provide a free repair service.
- If, in our assessment, a repair is not possible or economically viable, we will provide a free replacement of the laptop.
- This repair/replace policy does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors.
How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim:
