 Following assembly, our technicians perform a detailed physical inspection.  Before loading any software, we run a system-level check (often via BIOS or pre-OS diagnostics). This verifies that the motherboard correctly identifies and registers all installed components – the exact processor, the specified amount of RAM, the chosen storage drive(s), and any dedicated graphics cards. This confirms the core hardware is present and communicating correctly. 

We push the core components – CPU, GPU (if applicable), and RAM – using industry-standard stress test software. This rigorous test simulates heavy workload scenarios to ensure system stability under pressure and allows us to monitor thermal performance, confirming the cooling system is effectively managing temperatures for optimal long-term operation.
 

The reliability and speed of your storage are paramount. We run comprehensive diagnostics on the installed SSD or HDD to check for any potential errors or health issues. We also perform speed tests to ensure the drive is meeting its expected performance benchmarks, guaranteeing fast boot times and data access.
 

 We systematically test every single port and connectivity feature on the laptop. This includes all USB ports, video outputs (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.), audio jacks, Ethernet port, and wireless capabilities (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth). Verifying each connection point works ensures full compatibility with your external devices and networks.

Once the operating system is installed, our final check verifies its correct configuration and the installation of all necessary drivers. We ensure every piece of hardware has the appropriate software installed to function optimally, providing a smooth, ready-to-use experience right out of the box.
